1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern all vehicle rental agreements between Horse Rental Car (“the Company”) and the customer (“the Renter”).
1.2. By signing the rental agreement, the Renter accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Rental Requirements

2.1. The Renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license for a minimum of 2 years.
2.2. An international driving permit may be required for non-EU license holders.
2.3. A valid passport/ID card and a credit card in the Renter’s name are required at the time of rental.

3. Rental Period

3.1. The rental period begins and ends at the time and date specified in the rental agreement.
3.2. Late returns will result in additional charges as per the Company’s daily rate.

4. Vehicle Use

4.1. The vehicle may only be driven by the Renter or additional drivers listed in the rental agreement.
4.2. The Renter must not use the vehicle:

• For illegal purposes, racing, or towing;

• Under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances impairing driving ability;

• Outside the authorized geographic area without prior written consent from the Company.

5. Payment & Deposit

5.1. Full payment of the rental fee is required before or at the beginning of the rental period.
5.2. A security deposit (amount specified in the agreement) will be blocked on the Renter’s credit card.
5.3. The deposit will be released upon safe return of the vehicle, provided no damage or unpaid fees exist.

6. Insurance & Liability

6.1. The rental includes basic insurance coverage as required by law.
6.2. The Renter is fully responsible for:

• Any damages not covered by insurance;

• Loss of keys, documents, or accessories;

• Traffic fines, parking tickets, or legal penalties during the rental period.
  6.3. Optional additional insurance coverage may be purchased.

7. Fuel Policy

7.1. The vehicle will be provided with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same level.
7.2. Refueling charges plus service fees apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

8. Maintenance & Breakdowns

8.1. The Renter must handle the vehicle with care and ensure compliance with traffic laws.
8.2. Any mechanical problems must be reported immediately to the Company.
8.3. Unauthorized repairs or modifications are strictly prohibited.

9. Accidents & Theft

9.1. In case of an accident, the Renter must immediately notify the Company and the police, and complete a report.
9.2. In case of theft, the Renter must provide the vehicle keys and documents to the Company.

10. Termination

10.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately if the Renter breaches these Terms and Conditions.
10.2. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [insert applicable country].
11.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [insert city/country].
